Hi

Has anyone got any tips on how to get less tired out, last few days towards afternoon/evening I'm literley done in. My energy is zero and really struggle to do anything. It's getting me down somewhat.
I have hardly any strength left in my legs and my grip goes very poor.

Sorry for the depressing message just wanted to vent frustrations I think.

I wrote a long reply which hasn't posted, sorry!
Can't write it all again.
You aren't alone.
Rest, relaxation and pacing helps me.
I agree it's frustrating. Other people find it hard to understand. I prioritise work and things I enjoy. No magic answers I am afraid.
Consider asking for a blood test if you are worse than usual. Cat

Thanks for the reply, since writing that original message I've tried different ways to help.

Hello
I have just seen your message. I can relate 100%. I have been trying for a very long time to explain to Drs, etc but no explanation or treatment. My own theory is that my muscles are tense and taut involuntarily all day as my Dystonia muscle in my neck happens when my muscles are relaxed. So sleep is a big problem. As you say as the days wears on I become increasingly exhausted with a marked drop early evening. The only thing I have found is to eat little and often and always have little bar fruit/nut in my bag. Hope this is of some use.
